Harel Insurance, Israel – New Zealand Incentive and Rewards Tour – 95 Passengers
This New Zealand incentive tour was six months in the making. We had two back to back tours that travelled around the South Island with a guide from Israel and a local Mercury Pacific representative, who was ahead of the group making sure that each aspect of the group’s logistics worked perfectly. This made for an absolutely seamless trip, which made this one of the best tours we have ever had. The weather was perfect, which also helped :-). We had specific dietary requirements, which had our MP rep in the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner making sure everything was in order and was an important aspect of why we were chosen as the local DMC. We were very proud that everything went sensationally well and the feedback from the group was that it was one of the best trips they have ever been on.
