Incentive Tour to Kyrgyzstan

from $200.00

There are exotic locations that we have visited, and whose names invoke a kaleidoscope of memories and images; Latin America…the Far East…Darkest Africa… and then there’s Central Asia with Kyrgyzstan at its heart …

Isolated places where the eagle is tamed open landscapes where untamed men and horses gallop as part of the tribal, nomadic lifestyle which still exists just as it was in the days of Genghis Khan. A pristine setting boasting extreme change in landscape – from peaks that reach 7,000 meters, to vast prairies that slowly dissolve into high deserts. Ancient codes of tradition and honor that still dictate the way the culture functions, unforgotten flavors and aromas still the cornerstones of a diet that hasn’t changed all that much in the past centuries – yogurt, sheep meat and horse milk, the bounties of a nomadic lifestyle.

Routes

The trip route may change from time to time due to road conditions (flooded roads, snow, etc.), local government guidance (construction) or the guide’s on-site decision (safety).

Insurance

Travelers must equip themselves with travel insurance (health and cargo), which includes driving 4×4 vehicles off-road and medical flights! There are certain insurance agencies that require an insurance extension for this type of activity. Suitable insurance for this type of activity can be purchased through our office.

Flights

The proposal is based on flights to and from Bishkek with a stopover in Moscow, Kiev or Istanbul. Prices are accurate as of November 2013. Aviation companies change their prices from time to time. Any increase to the flight price or gas taxes will be covered by travelers. A change in the flight timetables, which is arranged by the aviation companies, may require a change to the length of the tour, and changes to the route itself. Additions to the price of the tour that arise as a result of these changes will be covered by the travelers.

Important Note

Port and gas taxes will be updated close to the time the tour is planned for. Due to constant changes in gas prices, and subsequently changes in gas taxes, changes will be covered by travelers.

Driving

Please send us your passport pictures, a copy of your passport (including any extensions), and a copy scan of your driving license (make sure it is valid for the time of the tour). A magnetic Israeli license is not as good as an international license.

4×4 Vehicles

  1. The rental process is carried out directly between the rental company and the drivers.
  2. In case of damage to the vehicle (whether you are at fault or not), or a break in, self-participation insurance is available up to $1,500 (you can purchase a self-participation insurance waiver at our office for a price of $30 per day, per vehicle).
  3. The self-participation insurance waiver doesn’t cover damage to the windshield, tires and bottom chassis.
  4. Any insurance claim due to damage is under the sole responsibility of the renters. Tripology serves merely a middleman between the rental company and the client.
  5. Any expense due to vehicle damage that will be paid for using a credit card will be under the sole responsibility of the renter.
  6. Every driver should check their vehicle prior to departing, and bring the rental company’s attention to any scratch / dent / malfunction in the car – before leaving. This is in order to prevent unjustified credit card-paid expenses.

Payment Terms

  1. Upon registration, a $250 fee per person will be due, which represent the registration fee – this fee won’t be refunded if the tour is cancelled by the travelers themselves.
  2. Emergency situations: we will have the privilege to announce the cancellation of a tour, in full or in part, even at a short notice, if according to our discretion, it cannot be executed or there is a danger in going through with the tour, due to causes that are not under our control, including strikes, security warnings, guidance by certified authorities, plagues, natural disasters, war and emergency situations, and so on. In all the above situations, we will not be responsible for any damage, whether direct or indirect, or to inconvenience incurred due to the full or partial cancellation of the tour. In a case of a full cancellation, travelers will be reimbursed with the money they paid the company, offset by any expense the company has already funded (including the company’s guarantee), and for which it did not receive a refund. If the tour was partially cancelled, travelers will receive all payments for ground services which have not been taken advantage of, offset by any payments for which the company did not receive a refund for.
  3. Payments can be made using any credit card (aside from Diners and American Express) with 3 equal payments (nominal and without interest). The first payment will be paid a month before the tour begins. In addition, payments can be made using cash or bank transfer according to the transfer and check (the high) exchange rate on the day of the payment.

  7. If you have chosen to use a non-Israeli credit card, or if you want to make a dollar payment with a credit card – we ask you to check the condition of doing so with our office prior to making the payment (we may be forced to collect an additional sum due to the special expenses that fall on these types of payments).
